We will not charge any fees until services have been performed in compliance with all regulations. You have the right to cancel our services at any time, and any payments made for services that have not been performed will be refunded.

4. Client Responsibility
   You are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information to ASE & Co. regarding your credit report, financial situation, and other relevant details. Additionally, we may advise you on actions to take, but you are responsible for implementing the necessary changes as required.

5. Payment Terms
   Our fees are outlined in the Service Agreement you will sign prior to engaging with ASE & Co. These fees are non-refundable unless services have not been rendered as agreed.

   ASE & Co. does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Our business consulting services are intended to support your business decisions, but we recommend you seek independent professional advice for any legal, accounting, or tax matters.

3. No Guarantees of Business Success
   While we offer valuable insights and strategies, we cannot guarantee that any of our consulting services will result in a specific outcome, including but not limited to, business profitability, customer acquisition, or market performance.
